Online Soulflow Embodiment is a live online group experience combining guided movement, breathwork, emotional release, and nervous system support - all while dancing / moving your body in the privacy of your own home.

Created for women who are ready to stop carrying everything alone and create space to reconnect emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

About Sinéad

I'm a somatic practitioner and breathwork facilitator relocated to Australia after living in San Francisco and Washington State, working with women navigating the kind of transitions that don't come with a roadmap, identity shifts, life rebuilds, the slow erosion of self that happens when you've been performing at full capacity for too long.

I work with women privately and in group containers. This online session is how I bring the work to women who are time poor and cant attend in person it's also a chance for you to experience your unlimited possibilties.

Comfortable clothing you can move in, a water bottle, and an open mind. Some sessions may also recommend bringing a yoga mat or blanket for relaxation.
