A Note From Me...
Let's be honest. Life is full right now.
Not necessarily everything bad. But very full.
Busy and loud and relentless in the way that modern life tends to be.
And in the middle of all of it, you are still going. Still showing up. Still holding it together.
This morning of Breath and Energy Healing is not about doing more.
It's not about processing more, uncovering more, or adding another thing to the list of things you're working on.
It's just time. And space. Yours.
The kind where your body gets to stop bracing.
Where your mind gets to stop running. Where you don't have to be useful or productive or on top of anything at all.
That kind of rest, the real kind, not the scrolling-on-the-couch kind, is rarer than we'd like to admit.
And it's exactly what this work creates. Not through effort. Just through breath, presence, and a nervous system that finally gets the message that it's okay to land.
Come and put it all down for a few hours. The to-do list will still be there.
You'll just be better equipped to face it.
This is an intimate, trauma-informed group held with deep care and full nervous system awareness.
You will be guided gently, clearly, and safely. There is room for emotion, stillness, and integration.

You'll be guided through a specific breathing pattern that shifts your nervous system out of its usual holding patterns. Things can get physical, shaking, tingling, emotions moving through, and that's the point. This isn't meditation. It's active, embodied work.
Nope. Complete beginners are welcome. The only thing you need is a willingness to show up and breathe. Your body knows what to do — we just create the conditions for it.

Not quite. Breathwork can go deeper, faster. It works directly with your nervous system and can unlock things that talking, thinking, or stretching sometimes can't touch.
Yes. Energy-based modalities can be facilitated effectively online. Many clients experience powerful shifts from the comfort of their own space.
Most people feel a mix of tireness and really clear headed, like you've processed something without having to intellectualise it. Some feel energised, some need a nap. Give yourself space after the session if you can.
