No experience is needed. This session is fully guided and tailored to where you are. Whether you’re new or experienced, the session meets your nervous system at its current capacity.
For in-person sessions, wear comfortable clothing and bring water. For online sessions, choose a quiet space where you can lie down comfortably without interruption. You’ll receive guidance beforehand to help you prepare.
Yes. The session is designed to support nervous system regulation and emotional release in a safe, supported way. Everything is guided at a pace that feels safe for you.
Reiki is a gentle energetic healing practice that supports balance and recalibration. It may be incorporated intuitively during the session to help deepen relaxation and integration.
Everyone’s experience is unique, but most clients report feeling lighter, calmer, clearer, and more grounded. Some may also experience emotional processing in the days following as integration continues.
