How far apart should the sessions be?

Yes. The sessions are trauma-aware and paced according to your system. You are never pushed beyond what feels safe or supportive.

What if I can’t attend in person?

Sessions are available both in person (Mittagong, Southern Highlands) and online via Zoom. The experience remains deeply supportive in both formats.
