SoulFlow™ Embodiment –
Melbourne One Night Only
A$97
Wed 18th March | 6.30pm to 8.30pm | SAINT

When we last hosted SoulFlow™ in Melbourne, the room filled to capacity, since then, the requests to return have continued.
And thanks to this Exclusive Collaboration with SAINT, they have once again opened their doors to us.
This is a rare, one-night offering in an iconic private venue.
SoulFlow™ is a powerful embodied experience, a space to shed what no longer serves, move what has been stuck, and rise grounded in who you are becoming.
One night. One room. Melbourne only.
SoulFlow™ Embodiment is a transformative experience combining:
Somatic + ecstatic movement to clear stagnation and awaken your body’s intelligence.
Breathwork woven through tribal/trance-inspired soundscapes that free you from the mind and invite the body to lead
Ritual + energetic release practices to align with the eclipse/new moon portal
Deep rest and integration through guided Yoga Nidra and nervous system restoration
This isn’t a performance. It’s not choreography. It’s a return to yourself, where movement, breath, and emotion meet in a safe, sacred space.

You’re ready to release heaviness you’ve been carrying
You’re curious about somatic practices and want to experience them in community
You crave deeper connection to self, body, and energy
You want to align with the astrological energies of this potent eclipse season
You’re looking for a fitness class or a choreographed dance session
You’re not open to somatic, energetic, or ritual-based practices
You’d prefer to keep it surface-level instead of diving into transformation
SoulFlow Embodiment is a guided somatic experience that combines movement, breath, music, and meditation to help you reconnect with your body and release stored stress or emotions.
Not at all. These sessions are suitable for beginners and experienced participants alike. You’re encouraged to move in whatever way feels natural and supportive for your body.
Comfortable clothing you can move in, a water bottle, and an open mind. Some sessions may also recommend bringing a yoga mat or blanket for relaxation.
Participants often report feeling more grounded, emotionally lighter, and deeply connected to themselves. The practice can also support stress relief, nervous system regulation, and increased self-awareness.
Yes. The sessions are designed to create a safe and supportive environment where you can slow down, regulate your nervous system, and gently reconnect with your body.
