I'm a somatic practitioner and breathwork facilitator relocated to Australia after living in San Francisco and Washington State, working with women navigating the kind of transitions that don't come with a roadmap — identity shifts, life rebuilds, the slow erosion of self that happens when you've been performing at full capacity for too long.
I work with women privately, in group containers, and as a resident practitioner at Southern Highlands Retreat. This online session is how I bring that work to women in the US — and a chance for you to experience what's possible before anything else.
SoulFlow Embodiment is a guided somatic experience that combines movement, breath, music, and meditation to help you reconnect with your body and release stored stress or emotions.
Not at all. These sessions are suitable for beginners and experienced participants alike. You’re encouraged to move in whatever way feels natural and supportive for your body.
Comfortable clothing you can move in, a water bottle, and an open mind. Some sessions may also recommend bringing a yoga mat or blanket for relaxation.
Participants often report feeling more grounded, emotionally lighter, and deeply connected to themselves. The practice can also support stress relief, nervous system regulation, and increased self-awareness.
