Spinal Energetics is a gentle yet powerful somatic energetic modality that works with your spine, your nervous system, and your body’s innate intelligence.
It helps the body unwind tension, stored emotion, and long-held patterns that talking, thinking, or “relaxing harder” can’t reach.

During a session, we work with the subtle currents of your body. Breath, micro-movement, sound, energy flow, to support your system in doing what it already knows how to do: release, reorganise, and come back into alignment.
